What we can't help with
- Specific garage disputes. We're not a regulator. If a garage has overcharged you, contact Citizens Advice or the Motor Ombudsman.
- Repair advice. Always speak to a qualified mechanic about specific issues with your vehicle.
- Live diagnosis. We can't tell you what's wrong with your car — only what fixes typically cost.
